The mission? A flower.
Why? Because someone (was it Sonny?)
said, “I shoot flowers every Friday.”
And we all, apparently, thought it a good idea.
That’s the LUG (Leica User Group) for you.
What’s “new” about a “year?”
other than the number assigned to it;
and the taxes due to it.
Perhaps more interesting, to me, are the facts that:
I left the womb 24,943 days ago.
3,563 weeks and 2 days ago.
That’s 68 years and 106 days, including 17 leap years.
Or 68 years, 15 weeks and 1 day.
In other words — 820.03 months.
Or 68.29 years.
Slipped out on a Wednesday.
My next “birth” day anniversary will occur on a Friday
(much like this here day of the week)

Reminds me of the flowers in this old post of mine… https://milleica.wordpress.com/2011/05/18/my-time-with-the-leica-dmr-210/ So many images here, George.
